7. Security of personal information
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information we hold from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. We may need to verify your identity before providing access, and in limited circumstances access may be refused where permitted by the Privacy Act. We will always explain the reason for any refusal and how you may complain about it.
9. Cookies and website analytics
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to improve functionality, analyse traffic and understand how visitors use the site. Most browsers allow you to manage or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some features of the website. Analytics data is generally aggregated and does not identify you personally.
10. Notifiable data breaches
We maintain reasonable systems and processes to detect and respond to data breaches.
